255 BROADWAY

Located in the city fringe, between the historic Broadway Shopping Centre and Glebe Point Road, 255 Broadway is a contemporary refurbishment of a classical stlyle building. 

The 4 level building is now the location of the Australian Performing Arts Grammar School. 

The ground floor lobby consists of a continuous high gloss battened wall and illuminated signage panel. 

The office floors have been opened up to allow for maximum natural light to the deep floor plates. Wall and ceiling panels have been stripped away to reveal the original brickwork, columns and the high ceilings.
